SUMMARY:Module 7 - Social Impact Measurement Professional Certificate
DESCRIPTION:  \nModule 7: Moving from Social Impact Measurement to Management (Micro-Credential)\nIn this Module use your framework to evaluate the extent to which the initiative has achieved its intended outcomes and objectives. Compare actual outcomes with expected outcomes\, considering contextual factors and unexpected challenges. \n\nDiscuss management strategies for continuous improvement.\nDiscuss best practices for creating decision making and accountability frameworks.\nDraw conclusions based on the evaluation findings\, identifying strengths\, weaknesses\, successes\, and areas for improvement. Consider the relevance\, efficiency\, effectiveness\, sustainability\, and scalability of the initiative.\nExplore ways that artificial intelligence is being utilized for social impact measurement.\nDiscuss the required capacities and skills required for change management. Cancellations less than 1 month but more than 2 weeks receive a 50% refund of fees paid. Confirmed registrants who cancel within 2 weeks of the course date or fail to attend\, will be charged 100% of the registration fee and are not entitled to a refund. \nUSMC reserves the right to cancel an event or any associated functions at its sole discretion. In the event of such\, a full refund will be made. USMC expressly excludes any liability for any direct or indirect losses or damages howsoever arising as a result of such cancellation and will not\, for example\, be responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred. \nIn the event of cancellation\, USMC will use reasonable actions to alert those who have booked to attend an event and details of any cancellation will be posted on the course website page.
